What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and, only with your permission, understand how our marketing site is used. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind by clearing the mp_consent cookie in your browser.
Strictly Necessary Cookies (always on)
These are required for the site to function and do not need consent:
- Authentication: set by Supabase to keep you securely signed in to your portal session.
- Consent:
mp_consentremembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. - Language: remembers your selected language.
Analytics Cookies (optional, off until you accept)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 on our public marketing pages to measure traffic and improve the site. These cookies are not loaded until you click “Accept all,” and they are never used on the signed-in /portal area where medical bills are handled. If you reject them, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.
Third-Party Services
Some providers we rely on may set their own cookies when you interact with their features: Stripe (fraud prevention during checkout) and Supabase (authentication). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
