Our Commitment
MedPayHub is built with HIPAA-focused security and privacy practices from day one. We design our systems to meet the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required for handling protected health information (PHI).
Pre-Launch Status
During the waitlist period, MedPayHub does not collect or store medical records, bills, or other PHI. We only collect contact information you voluntarily provide.
At Launch
When the product launches, health information you upload will be encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled, audit-logged, and used solely to provide the services you request. We will execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with infrastructure partners where required.
