Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

MedPayHub provides tools to help you understand and manage medical bills. It does not provide medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for your insurance plan or professional counsel.

Bill Negotiation Service

Our Bill Negotiation Service is a paid, one-time service in which a specialist reviews the medical bill(s) you submit and attempts to negotiate them down on your behalf. The fee is based on how many bills a case covers and is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase (list pricing: $79.99 for one bill, $150 for two, and $15 for each additional bill beyond two; promotional discounts may apply), charged at purchase and processed by Stripe.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific reduction, savings, or outcome, and results vary by provider and circumstance. The fee pays for our work on your behalf, not for a guaranteed result. If we are unable to begin work on your bill, you may request a full refund of the fee within 30 days of purchase. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. You authorize us to contact the relevant provider or billing office regarding the bill you submit.

Limitation of Liability

MedPayHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
